📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve high-quality matcha beverages, ensuring each cup meets our premium standards.
• Assist customers in selecting the perfect matcha drink based on their preferences and dietary needs.
• Maintain and clean all café equipment, ensuring a hygienic and efficient workspace.
• Stock and manage inventory of matcha powders, teas, and other café supplies.
• Train and mentor new baristas, sharing your expertise and passion for matcha.
• Collaborate with the café manager to develop and implement new matcha recipes and menu items.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
• Participate in café events and promotions, helping to create memorable experiences for our customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar role, with a strong focus on matcha or specialty teas.
• Proven ability to prepare and serve high-quality matcha beverages with precision and creativity.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage and delight customers.
• Strong knowledge of café operations, including inventory management and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
• Passion for matcha and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Familiarity with café management software, such as Square or Toast, is a plus.
