📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the outdoor and construction sectors.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.

• Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in the outdoor or construction industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of adhesive solutions and related products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to travel frequently and work under pressure.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
