In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our microfinance operations, from client acquisition and onboarding to loan processing, disbursement, and collection. You will work closely with our field officers and community leaders to understand the unique financial needs of our clients and develop innovative solutions that address these needs. Your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills will be crucial in navigating the challenges and opportunities that arise in our dynamic and rapidly evolving market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the microfinance branch, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients, with a focus on underserved communities.
• Manage the loan portfolio, including loan origination, processing, disbursement, and collection, to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of financial obligations.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the branch's performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, community leaders, and other stakeholders to foster trust and confidence in our services.
• Conduct regular training and development programs for field officers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with the head office to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives and to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the branch remains competitive and compliant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in microfinance, banking, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of microfinance products, services, and regulations, with a focus on financial inclusion.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, and familiar with microfinance software such as Mifos or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
