As a Pharmacy Supervisor at Filmore Health, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy, ensuring that all medications are dispensed accurately and safely. You will work closely with our medical team to optimize medication management, and you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of pharmacy practice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring accurate and safe medication dispensing.
- Work closely with the medical team to optimize medication management and patient care.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in pharmacy practice.
- Train and mentor junior pharmacy staff to maintain high standards of performance.
- Manage inventory and ensure timely replenishment of medications and supplies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services with overall patient care.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance pharmacy operations.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment for all pharmacy staff.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a pharmacy setting.
- Certification in pharmacy practice, such as SIOP (Society of Indonesian Pharmacists) or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian pharmacy regulations and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using pharmacy management software, such as Medis, PharMan, or similar.
- Experience in a multi-disciplinary healthcare environment is a plus.
