📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily maintenance operations, including cleaning, landscaping, and facility repairs.
• Manage a team of maintenance staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver exceptional service.
• Inspect facilities regularly to identify and address any issues or areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with property managers and hotel staff to resolve guest complaints and ensure a high standard of service.
• Ensure all facilities comply with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor and control maintenance budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and inspections.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in facilities management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance operations in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of maintenance management software, such as ServiceMax or Workplace by FM.
• Certification in facilities management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
