📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.,Optimize storage and distribution processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement measures to maintain a safe working environment.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other departments to facilitate smooth logistics operations.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.,Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and software.,Proven ability to manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the logistics industry.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
