📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the electronics assembly and testing processes to ensure high-quality products.,Develop and implement manufacturing standards and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing processes.,Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians to maintain high standards of performance.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in electronics manufacturing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronics assembly and testing, preferably in the manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, including SMT, PCB assembly, and testing procedures.,Proficient in using manufacturing software and tools, such as CAD, CAM, and ERP systems.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis.,Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
