PT Otoman Duta is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Cashier to join our team in Batang, Jawa Tengah. As a Senior Cashier, you will be responsible for managing cash transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of payments, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cash transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency,Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records,Handle cash deposits and withdrawals, and ensure proper reconciliation,Monitor cash levels and report any discrepancies to the appropriate personnel,Train and mentor junior cashiers to ensure consistent service quality,Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role,Strong knowledge of cash handling and financial transactions,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using computer software for financial transactions,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture,Valid ID and clean criminal record,Ability to work in a team and independently
