As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, setting targets, and ensuring that our products are distributed effectively to Modern and General Trade (MTGT) channels. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the sales team and ensure they meet their sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key MTGT customers.,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.,Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Report on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing market share.,Strong understanding of MTGT distribution channels and customer needs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales management software and tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
