In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring our sales targets are met. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and market research.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.,Knowledge of sales software and CRM systems.,Fluent in Indonesian, with English proficiency a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
