📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct sales activities and achieve monthly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Manage inventory and ensure products are well-stocked and displayed.,Assist in store setup, including merchandising and signage.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the store manager.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.,Promote brand awareness and participate in marketing activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Valid SIM (Driver's License) and KTP (Indonesian Identity Card).
