📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various roles within the organization.
  • Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding employment and recruitment.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
  • Providing regular reports and updates to the recruitment team and management.
  • Identifying and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
