📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and tools to excel in their roles.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive decision-making.,Create and maintain comprehensive data visualization and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.,Stay up-to-date with emerging data analysis trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into our processes.,Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.,Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.,Familiarity with healthcare data and industry-specific regulations and standards.,Certifications in data analysis or related fields are a plus.
