📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and implement Montessori-based lessons and activities that align with the school's curriculum and educational goals.,Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and child-centered learning environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of the school's educational programs and policies.,Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.,Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and a strong partnership in the education of our students.,Attend and participate in professional development workshops, conferences, and training programs.,Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, or a related field.,Montessori certification or equivalent experience in Montessori education.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching elementary-level students in a Montessori or similar setting.,Strong knowledge of Montessori principles, materials, and methods.,Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently as needed.,Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing a high-quality Montessori education.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
