Lingkungan Adi Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee the daily operations and ensure the smooth production of high-quality coffee products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coffee production and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site and remote work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily production process to ensure efficiency and quality.,Manage and train production staff to maintain high standards.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Conduct regular quality checks to maintain product standards.,Manage production schedules and meet daily targets.,Collaborate with the management team to improve production processes.,Maintain a clean and organized production area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in the coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee production processes and quality standards.,Ability to manage and train a team effectively.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and supply ordering.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment (on-site and remote).,Bachelor's degree in related field is a plus.
