📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for use.
  • Schedule and coordinate vehicle usage, ensuring that vehicles are available when needed.
  • Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance schedules, and ensure that all vehicles are serviced regularly.
  • Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure that vehicles are used efficiently and safely.
  • Handle vehicle repairs and maintenance, and ensure that all repairs are carried out in a timely manner.
  • Monitor fuel usage and ensure that fuel is used efficiently.
  • Ensure that all vehicles comply with safety regulations and standards.
  • Provide regular reports on vehicle usage, maintenance, and performance.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as transportation, logistics, or business administration.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
