📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage direct procurement activities, including supplier negotiations, contract management, and performance evaluations.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and secure competitive pricing.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement strategies with overall business objectives.
• Monitor and report on key procurement metrics to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
• Train and mentor junior procurement staff to build a skilled and motivated team.
• Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar role in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Proven track record of successful supplier negotiations and contract management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in using procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
