📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement departmental strategies to meet business objectives.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and project success.,Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Identify and address any operational issues or challenges that may arise.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
