📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Serve drinks with precision and flair, ensuring each guest's experience is memorable.
• Take and fulfill food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and restocking supplies.
• Assist in preparing and presenting cocktails and beverages according to our signature recipes.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest needs and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper hygiene practices.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a bar or restaurant setting, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with bar tools and equipment, such as shakers, strainers, and mixing glasses.
• Basic knowledge of cocktails and beverages, including mixology techniques.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
