📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking pastries, cakes, and other desserts.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of ingredients.,Prepare and present pastries and desserts for events and special occasions.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in menu planning and development.,Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Pastry Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
