📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the accounting team and provide guidance and support.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial reports to relevant authorities.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with tax regulations and procedures.
