📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the financial accounting functions of the company, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end closing, budgeting, and forecasting.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance analysis, and other financial reports.,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial support and guidance to other departments as needed.,Participate in financial planning and analysis activities, and contribute to the development of financial strategies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documents.,Identify and recommend opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting, with a focus on general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
