📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong network of customers and potential clients in the Pematangsiantar area.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.,Manage and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company-wide sales goals.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
