📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting functions of the organization.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.,Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and other financial accounts.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to management.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and staff.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP (GAK).,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and procedures in Indonesia.
