📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.,Source, screen, and attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate suitability.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to ensure a competitive edge in recruitment.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with recruitment best practices and industry standards.,Assist in creating and maintaining a positive employer brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and industry trends is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is required.,Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) or KITAS (Foreigner Resident Identity Card) is required for remote work in Indonesia.
