📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the job requirements.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and staffing.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is a plus.,Ability to travel to different locations for interviews and meetings.
