📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production workflows.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product quality.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to production staff.,Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production environment.,Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with ERP or production management software is a plus.,Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
