In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the laboratory operations, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results, and mentoring junior technicians. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the laboratory, including test equipment calibration and maintenance.,Conducting and supervising various tests and quality control procedures to ensure product reliability and performance.,Mentoring and training junior technicians to maintain high standards of technical expertise.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality.,Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Analyzing test data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Developing and implementing new testing methodologies and procedures.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date laboratory records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the electronics industry.,Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment, test instruments, and calibration procedures.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of technicians.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of industry standards and regulations is a plus.,Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., ISO, IEC) are a plus.
