📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Managing day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
- Preparing and analyzing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Providing financial support to the sales and operations teams
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Preparing and filing tax returns
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements for external auditors
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a service-oriented industry
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
