📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement departmental strategies in alignment with company goals.,Lead and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Manage departmental budget and resources, ensuring financial sustainability.,Coordinate with other departments to facilitate cross-functional projects and initiatives.,Monitor departmental performance metrics and report to senior management.,Handle departmental HR tasks including recruitment, performance reviews, and training.,Represent the department in meetings with stakeholders and external partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar organization.,Strong understanding of industry best practices and trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software and project management tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving departmental goals and objectives.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
