📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing daily menus.,Oversee the kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation.,Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and develop junior kitchen staff.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef or Deputy Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to work well in a team environment.
